Dear Licensees,
The Vehicle Sales Authority of BC (VSA) is reminding dealers that the first quarterly Transaction Levy remittance period ends on June 30, 2026. Dealers are required to remit the levy quarterly to the VSA based on the number of applicable consumer transactions completed during the previous quarter.
Levy timeframe:ย April 1โJune 30, 2026
Payment due date:ย July 31, 2026
Dealers will be able to report their applicable consumer transactions and submit their levy payment through the Dealer Portal.
Important Dealer Portal Password Information
The password needed to access the Dealer Portal was previously sent to your dealership email address.If you do not recall the password, youย cannot use the โForgot your passwordโ optionย to reset it.
Please contact the VSA Licensing team atย licensing@vsabc.caย to have the dealershipโs portal password reset. Dealers should confirm that they can access the Dealer Portal before the payment deadline to avoid delays in submitting their remittance.
