LICENSEES: Michael Terezakis (“Mr. Terezakis”)
ALLEGATIONS:
Mr. Terezakis applied for reconsideration of the Authority’s decision to impose conditions on his salesperson’s license (“the Decision”).
ORDER:
The Registrar found that the evidence relied on by Mr. Terezakis in the hearing constituted new evidence and cancelled the Decision pursuant to section 26.12 of the Motor Dealer Act.
