APPLICATION:
Following a Pre-Hearing Conference where the Registrar ordered that files H-26-03-003 and H-26-04-004 be combined for all purposes, the Authorityย soughtย an interimย suspensionย of Mr. Sharmaโs salesperson licenseย under section 7(2) of theย Salesperson Licensing Regulation, (SLR) on the basis that it was not in the public interest that Mr. Sharma continue to be licensed.
ORDER:
The Registrar found that it was not in the public interest that Mr. Sharma continue to be licensed and ordered that his salespersonโs license #302815 be suspended pursuant to section 7 of the SLR until further order from the Registrar.
