COMPLAINANT: Vehicle Sales Authority of BC (“the Authority”)
LICENSEES: Nathaniel Bruce (“Mr. Bruce”)
ALLEGATIONS:
Conditions were place on Mr. Bruce’s salesperson license by the Authority’s Manager of Licensing as a result of an ongoing investigation into Mr. Bruce’s conduct.
Mr. Bruce applied for a reconsideration of the Manager of Licensing’s decision and requested an oral hearing.
ORDER:
The Registrar denied Mr. Bruce’s request for reconsideration on the basis that no new evidence had become available or had been discovered as required by section 26.12 of the Motor Dealer Act..
Mr. Bruce’s request for an oral hearing was also denied.
