ALLEGATIONS:
Following a written hearing (link to decision) in which the Registrar found that Mr. Sharma contravened the Motor Dealer Act and the Motor Dealer Act Regulation, Mr. Sharma was ordered to reimburse the Registrar its actual costs, including legal costs for its investigation of Mr. Sharma. The quantum of those costs was to be agreed upon by the Parties, failing which the Registrar would resolve the matter.
ORDER:
After considering the partiesโ written submissions and having considered all the circumstances the Registrar ordered Mr. Sharma to reimburse the Registrarโs actual costs, including legal costs, in the amount of $3,192.75.
