ALLEGATIONS:
In a decision dated September 29, 2025, (link to decision) Karan Sharma’s salesperson license was ordered suspended pursuant to section 7 of the Salesperson Licensing Regulation, pending the outcome of the full hearing of the allegations against him.
On November 1, 2025, Mr. Sharma filed an Application for Reconsideration of the September 29, 2025 decision pursuant to section 26.11(2) of the Motor Dealer Act (“MDA”).
OUTCOME:
Mr. Sharma’s application was denied as it did not meet the requirements of section 26.12 of the MDA.
