LICENSEES: Super Choice Auto Ltd. dba Lucky Stars Auto (“Lucky Stars”), Amir (Sam) Ghamary, and Aria Ebrahimi
ALLEGATIONS:
Following a written hearing (link to decision) the Registrar found that Lucky Stars contravened various sections of the MDA and the BPCPA.
The Registrar directed the Authority and Lucky Stars to provide further written submissions as to the assessment and quantum of costs.
PENALTY:
The Registrar ordered Lucky Stars to reimburse the Authority 75% of the Authority’s actual costs including legal costs, in the amount of $9,869.76.
