Issues:
Salesperson was called to a hearing on November 30, 2009 to review his salesperson licence regarding his past criminal record convictions and current conduct.
Outcome:
At a previous hearing he was granted a conditional licence to be reviewed in 6 months.
At this second hearing, Mr. Prasad did not attend and evidence was presented that he is currently charged with several criminal offences.
The Registrar suspended his salesperson licence pending the outcome of his current criminal charges and adjourned the hearing.
