HOT WHEELS AUTO BROKERS (Dealer #30781)

Issues:

Dealership was called to a hearing for review of the dealership application submitted to the Motor Vehicle Sales Authority of BC.

Outcome:

Conditions had been placed on the dealership licence and a review by the Registrar was to be scheduled one year after original hearing date March 19, 2008.
At the March 26, 2009 hearing, probation removed and conditions removed with the exception of non-consignments.
$10k Letter of Credit can be returned to the dealership
