On January 23, 2019, the Registrar found that it was not in the public interest for Mr. Youseffi to remain a licensed salesperson and cancelled his salesperson’s licence.
On February 21, 2019, Mr. Youseffi sought reconsideration of the Registrar’s decision.
Outcome:
The Registrar found that Mr. Youseffi had provided no new evidence on which to base a reconsideration of his prior decision.
The Registrar found that, even if the information that Mr. Youseffi did provide had been new, those facts failed to show how they would have materially or substantially affected the Registrar’s prior decision.
The Registrar denied Mr. Youseffi’s application for reconsideration.
