Issues:
Pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of the Salesperson Licensing Regulation of the Motor Dealer Act, the salesperson was called to a hearing to review his salesperson licence application.
Outcome:
The Registrar agreed to issue a Salesperson licence under the following conditions; No handling of monies except deposits which are to be immediately turned over to the dealer principals of Mom Vehicle Sales Dealer #30912; The Salesperson Certification Level I course to be taken.
It was noted that the salesperson was registered for the July 29/30, 2009 Salesperson Certification Level I course.
