Issues:

  • Mr. Anderson had failed to comply with a condition of his Salesperson Licence to complete the Salesperson Certification Course –Level II by August 1, 2012.

Outcome:

  1. The Registrar finds it appropriate in these circumstances that Mr. Anderson has disobeyed the lawful orders of the Registrar to complete conditions of his licence, as well as the lawful order of the Registrar to attend at the hearing.
  2. The Registrar hereby suspends Mr. Anderson’s licence as a salesperson effective immediately. He is not allowed to sell or engage in the sale of a motor vehicle to a consumer.
  3. This suspension may be reviewed after Mr. Anderson has successfully completed the Level II salesperson course, as well as satisfied to the licensing department that he will abide by the Registrar’s lawful orders.
