Issues:
Pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of the Motor Dealer Act, the salesperson was called to a hearing to review his salesperson licence status.
The hearing reviewed evidence that allowed the Registrar to determine whether or not it was in the public interest for Trent Lennox to be licensed as a salesperson in the Province of British Columbia.
Outcome:
Based on the evidence presented that Trent Lennox forged documents and committed a fraudulent transaction while employed with Flag Chevrolet-Chevrolet Truck Ltd, the Registrar Cancelled the SP licence.
