Allegations against a salesperson of taking money from his employer in three transactions.

Outcome:

Evidence showed the salesperson took money from his employer.
Evidence showed the salesperson attempted to mislead the Registrar at the hearing.
Evidence showed the salesperson failed to cooperate during the investigation as required by the Motor Dealer Act.
Salesperson’s licence was cancelled for an indefinite period of time.
