Dealership was called to a hearing for infractions under Section 5(1) of the BPCPA S.B.C. 2004 c.2.
Salespersons were called to a hearing for infractions under Section 5(1) of the BPCPA S.B.C. 2004 c.2.

Outcome:

The matter has been adjourned in order to provide time for legal counsel to review affidavits.
The Registrar adjourned the matter until October 13, 2009 to provide written submission to the allegations by October 6, 2009 to be delivered to Senior Compliance Officer B. Forbes.
Salespersons to abide by the rules in the BPCPA, MDA and their regulations.
