Issues:

Dealer admitted to failing to disclose damage over $2,000.00.
Consumers made many claims regarding losses such as depreciated value and repairs amounting to over $12,000.00.
Dealer disagreed with the amount of the consumers’ claims.

Outcome:

Consumers proven loss was only $313.52 and dealer ordered to pay that amount.
Necessity of hearing not only due to dealer’s conduct – dealer ordered to pay only half the investigation and hearing costs.
Dealer ordered to pay a small administrative penalty.
