The voluntary nature of the undertaking generally indicates that the registrant or licensee has recognized they have made an error and are willing to take satisfactory steps to fix that error. To ensure compliance with an undertaking, it may be filed in the B.C. Supreme Court. โฏWhen it is filed, the undertaking is deemed an order of that Court.
