Dealer/Wholesaler Renewal

Renewing your Dealer, Broker Agent or Wholesaler License

If you are a dealer, broker agent, or a wholesaler, you will receive your renewal notifications by email six weeks in advance. Please ensure your contact information is kept up to date by signing into your VSA Online Licensee Services account, or by contacting VSA Licensing.  A renewal form will be included in your renewal notification email – follow the instructions to submit your renewal prior to your license expiry date to avoid late fees.

Please note: Credit card payments of any kind for business fees are not accepted by the VSA. 

This includes, but is not limited to:

Dealer, wholesaler and broker agent licensing fees, including renewals
Dealer, wholesaler and broker agent application fees
Dealer consignment and offsite permit fees
Administrative penalties, investigation and hearing costs

Online banking or business cheques are recommended payment methods.
