Before buying a used vehicle, the VSA recommends a Vehicle History Report (VHR). Most dealers provide it, but if not, ask or buy your own.

Considerations:
🔹 VHR is a step in the buying process
🔹 Also get a physical and mechanical inspection
🔹 Pay attention to report info and dealer claims
🔹 Check report date and limitations
🔹 Lien checks are crucial for private purchases

Limited Exceptions:
✅ Some dealers have return policies
✅ Leasing may have a cooling-off period
✅ Return if vehicle fails minimum standards
✅ Return for material misrepresentation
