Gord Bragg serves on the board of the VSA as a representative nominated by the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association of B.C (RVDA). Gord has a long history in the RV industry, starting in 1987. Gord started his career as a lot attendant for his father, Bruce Bragg, at Chimo Travel Homes in Langley, BC. In 1989, Gordโs father opened Freedom RV Sales in Langley where Gord first worked as an RV Technician and then transferred to the sales department after a year.
In 1992, Gord and his father moved to Vancouver Island and bought Parksville RV Sales. Gord worked there as Sales Manager until he joined Sunwest RV in Courtenay, BC. There, Gord was the General Manager for 2 years. After that, Gord moved to Unicorn RV in Nanaimo, BC where he was the General Manager for 2 years. In February of 2000, Gord started Hub City RV in Lantzville, BC. Gord is still currently with Hub City RV.
Gord served on the board of directors of the RVDA of BC from 2005 until his term as President ended in 2011. In 2016, Gord re-joined the RVDA of BC as a director. In 2017, Gord was promoted to the RVDA of Canada board. In 2019, Hub City RV was voted BC RV Dealer of the year. In 2021, Gord completed his term with the RVDA of Canada as Chairman of the Board and is now on the RVDA of BC.
