Everett Einarson brings over three decades of automotive industry expertise to his role as a board member of the Vehicle Sales Authority. His career began in April 1994 as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at a General Motors dealership in Thompson, Manitoba. In 1996, he earned certification through the Manitoba Motor Dealers Association’s training program, solidifying his professional foundation. After five years of exemplary sales performance, he advanced to Finance Manager at the same dealership.

In 2003, Everett relocated to Winnipeg, Manitoba, to serve as Finance Manager at McNaught Cadillac. During this period, he founded an Automotive Consulting and Training company, providing specialized services to multiple dealerships across southern Manitoba. His leadership and expertise led to his promotion to Sales Manager at McNaught Cadillac in 2010.

In January 2013, Mr. Einarson seized an opportunity to become a managing partner at a Ford dealership in Parksville, British Columbia. Committed to professional excellence, he attended the National Automotive Dealer Academy’s General Dealership Management program, graduating with honours in spring 2015. Everett has completed numerous advanced automotive training courses in Canada and the United States, earning recognition as a respected leader in the industry.

Outside of his professional commitments, he is a dedicated family man, married to his wife, May, and father to three teenage children. In his personal time, he enjoys mountain biking, playing the guitar, and reading. A passionate automotive enthusiast, Everett considers it a privilege to contribute his expertise to the Vehicle Sales Authority and the broader automotive community.
