Online Dispute Resolution platform – Connector

Connector is a safe and secure online space to try and resolve your issue with a licensee such as a motor dealer, through online messaging. It is an easy, convenient and informal “chat-like” type of online negotiation available 24/7. Negotiations are confidential and are usually the fastest way to resolve a dispute.

ConnectorΒ is an option for dealing with many types of issues, but not for all of them. To useΒ Connector, start by going through the My Self-Help questions. If My Self-Help tells you thatΒ ConnectorΒ is an option for your issue, you will be given access toΒ ConnectorΒ at the end of your My Self-Help session.
