Kenneth is a multi-faceted board director with broad and deep experience across diversified industry sectors, and is a staunch advocate for organizational excellence.

As a career CFO and Executive Director, he has led many corporate transformation initiatives, including procurement processes, costs containment, revenue enhancement and enrichment of customer experience.

As a seasoned board member, he has served on organizations with strong public service and social mandates. Presently, he is a board member of VIA Rail Canada Inc. which operates Canada’s national passenger rail service; Osteoporosis Canada, a national organization that serves people who have or are at risk for osteoporosis; and British Columbia Real Estate Association, the professional association for over 25k commercial and residential realtors in BC.

Kenneth holds a MBA from the University of Saskatchewan, and a B.Com. from the University of Alberta.
